Average List & Sale prices going up from May 2016. The spring market has typically been a good market in good economic times, so this is a welcome news.  The market has been slowing been increasing.  The competition has made homeowners carefully get their homes ready for sale.  Maintenance items, landscaping and staging are important items to be attended too, thus making most of the listings stand out.   Please let me help you get started. Inventory is low, so now is a good time to sell if you are thinking about it.  Thinking of buying?  Get in before the prices increase more.
